Charlie Chaplin in: The Adventurer

Chaplin escapes from prison. In the way he rescues a girl and her mother from drowning. They invited Charlie to their home where a big party is held and he is treated like a hero. As a result Charlie's photo is printed in the newspapers then the prison guards come after him.
